This renovated private residence was designed for three gene­rations of The Naovarath Family. The house has a second floor addition that consist of 2 Master Bedroom Suites and two bed­rooms with a jack and Jill bathroom. The redesigned first floor consist of 1 Master bed­room suite, one additional bedroom and a full bathroom. A new Kitchen with a nine foot long island and a renovated half bath. Additional amenities include an extended family room and laundry room on the 1st and 2nd floor.

The Contemporary design of the house relocated the front door of the house to the east elevation. While balancing the existing orange roman brick with smooth white stucco.

Designing a single family home to accommodate 3 generations of residents required unique planning, attention to detail, and meticulous programming result­ing in successful functionality.
