Southwest of Uptown Charlotte lies an area of 355 acres that makes up The Historic District of Wilmore. LDJ faced the dilemma of designing within the guidelines of the Charlotte Historic District while simultaneously addressing contemporary needs.

Superbly renovated with great attention to preserving exterior details and boasting contem­porary interior amenities. This two family home has expansive city views while keeping it’s quaint charm.

Once overcome by neglect and urban blight in the community investors did well in restoring historic Wilmore.
